The port of Addaia is a perfect refuge to shelter from a storm. Located behind the Illa de Ses Mones. Oriented towars the NW wind, N and NE which greatly impede their acces.
The entrance at night becomes dangerous due to the multitude slabs and rocks such as the Llosa d’Enmig. The access channel is properly marked and it is recommended to follow it meticulously. The circumnavigation of the outer is islet of the port is extremely dangerous, specially the Illa Gran and Ses Àguiles, whose depth is less than half a meter.
The Arenal d’en Castell is pleasant protected from all winds, except those of the N. You have to go with caution with the reefs that are on your E side, like the reef of the Esculls dels Ofegats.
